Our words: formed from the fractures of MUZAI luminaries Girls Pissing on Girls Pissing and drafting in talents from Australasian groups such as Las Tetas and Trust Punks, Horror in Clay aren’t merely just a continuation of one band.

There is no place for a reserved nature to Horror in Clay’s music; despite there being moments of what some would consider “palatable, pop sensibilities”, this is still the malevolent sound one had grown accustomed to after all these years.

Only it’s more slicker, uglier, transgressive works of art, both audibly and visually (of course) that one will somehow find even more beauty from in its grotesque ways.
